Exam day is the day that decides many things in you life. So lets take a look at top 10 things you should not do on or before your exam day.

1. I am Nervous: 

don't be nervousIts true everybody gets nervous from time to time. But on the day of your examinations it can the devil. Just remember this its just an exam happens every year or every 6 months and not the end of your world so stay calm.

 

 

 

 

2. Gossip Time:

gossipIt’s a tendency  or others call it a state of mind. When some of us gets nervous, to distract ourself we start gossiping around. Don’t do that as it will break your focus from your exam as gossip generally have no permanent end result and there is a very fine chance that you will be end up thinking about those weird topics during your exam period.

 

 

3. Your Exam Dress:

dressThe cloths we wear affects us its a scientific proven fact. Also on your exam day don’t try to look awesome. Wear comfortable cloths so that it does not bothers you through out the exam. If there is any chance that the exam hall is going to be cold due to that air conditioners so do keep a sweatshirt with you just in a case.

 

 

 

4. Last Minute Revision:

testThrough the habit of last-minute revision it does more harm than good believe us. Why? because the topic you revise in last hour stay on top of your brain and after starting attempting questions the brain always try to connect each question with the last revised topics this way chances of making  mistakes increases.

 

 

 

5. Information Overload:

DNB CET JULY 2015You must have heard this “Regular and selective study is the key to crack any exam”. So don’t burden yourself with too much information on your exam day. Your mind should be clear of unwanted information.

 

 

 

6. Empty Stomach:

hungerDon’t miss your breakfast as people who eat breakfast, “are more productive at work, have better problem-solving skills, and increased mental clarity.” And mental clarity is a huge must on the day of  your exam. Also don’t eat too much as it will make you dull.

 

 

 

7. Travel Light:

friendsThe mode of transportation you choose to reach your examination centre is important. If you are travelling with friends make sure they are not going to bother your, if possible try to go alone this way you will get time to relax and prepare yourself  mentally for your exam.

 

 

8. Looking Hear and There:

eyesIt’s always best for you to close your eyes for 2-3 minutes when you are inside your exam hall before the exam starts. Don’t look here and there for your friends as you and only you have to answer the questions coming on your screen or on exam paper

 

 

9. Social Call:

waterReally! Social call , It’s a habit many students have to go out of exam hall. To stop this don’t drink lots of water although you must keep a bottle of clean water with you (if allowed by exam governing body). As fresh water delivers oxygen that helps in though process.

 

 

 

10. Energy Drinks & Medicines:

medicalDon’t use any type of energy booster drink or medicine as  when its effect reduced it will only going to make you lazy and dull.
